Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-21.2 · Effective August 21, 2026

Version 2026-08-21.2 · Effective August 21, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and buildArI ("we", "us") covering

AdvisorI and the buildArI platform services you access with the same account. By

creating an account, accepting these terms in the product, or using the service,

you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service is

AdvisorI analyzes a business idea and produces written analysis, documents, a

generated website, and related artifacts. It does this using automated systems,

including large language models, and it draws on public web sources.

The analysis is machine-generated and may be wrong. It is information to

inform your judgment, not advice you should follow without your own review. In

particular:

  • We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice,

and nothing the service outputs is any of those things.

  • Market figures, competitor descriptions, financial projections, and customer

acquisition estimates are estimates and inferences, not verified facts.

  • You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on, and for every business

decision you make.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for

what happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for

the accuracy of the information you give us. One person per account; do not

share credentials. Team plans exist for shared access — see section 5.

We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for a breach of these

terms, or for use that threatens the service or other users.

3. Your content, and who owns what

You keep ownership of what you put in. The idea, documents, and information

you submit remain yours.

You own the output generated for you. The analysis, documents, spec, and

website generated for your project are yours to use commercially, without

attribution.

You grant us the licence we need to run the service: to store, process, and

transmit your content in order to generate output for you, to keep backups, and

to provide support. That licence ends when you delete the content or your

account, other than backups that expire on our normal schedule.

Two things we do not do: we do not sell your content, and we do not use your

project content to train third-party foundation models.

Aggregate learning. We may derive de-identified, aggregate signals across

projects to improve the service — for example, how often a category of idea

converts on a given channel. Aggregate means it cannot be traced to you or your

business. Where the product offers a cross-project feature that reads your other

projects, that is opt-in per project and shown as such.

Similar output. The service is automated and many customers analyze similar

businesses. Output generated for another customer may resemble yours. You do not

get exclusivity over generated text or a generated design.

4. Fees, billing, and what happens when you stop paying

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Current

prices are shown in the product before you buy. Taxes may be added where

required.

  • Founder — $49/month. Full analysis for one person.
  • Pro — $99/month. Adds deeper live research and the extended artifact set.
  • Team — $149/month, plus $24.99/month for each additional team member. Seat

charges are prorated automatically when members join or leave.

  • Free trial. The free tier includes one complete Viability analysis with its

gap read-out, and your website's home page. It does not include changing

assumptions, regenerating, the remaining analysis sections, or publishing.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues

to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for a

partial month you have already used.

Refunds. If the service materially failed to do what it says here and we

cannot fix it, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where

that is the fair outcome. Generated output you disagree with is not, by itself, a

failure of the service — see section 1.

Price changes. We may change prices with at least 15 days' notice before your

next renewal. Continuing to use a paid plan after that notice is acceptance of

the new price.

5. Teams and sharing

A Team plan owner may invite members and grant them rights on specific projects

(view, edit, generate, export). If you invite someone, you are responsible for

their use of the service under your plan, and you confirm you may share with them

whatever project content you share.

A member's access depends on the owner's plan remaining active. If the owner

downgrades or lapses, member access changes or ends accordingly. Removing a

member ends their access to your projects, and their seat charge stops at the

next proration.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; upload another party's

confidential information without the right to; attempt to access other customers'

data; probe, scan, or overload the service; circumvent usage or plan limits;

resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us; or use the

service to generate material that is fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful.

Automated access is limited to what the product's own interfaces provide. Do not

scrape the service or use it to build a competing dataset.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties, including model providers, payment

processing, hosting, search, and — where you use them — optional integrations you

connect yourself. Their availability is not something we control. Where the

product offers you a third-party product (for example a domain registration, a

business formation service, or a lead list), that transaction is between you and

that provider on their terms, and we will disclose when we have a commercial

relationship with them.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and we do not promise any specific uptime.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature

you are actively paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused portion

of the current period.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated here, the service is provided "as is" and we

disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a

particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the output is

accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or

punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business

interruption.

  • **Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees

you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.**

These limits do not apply to our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or

anything that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of

these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as permitted.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your

use of the service in breach of these terms, or your business decisions.

12. Privacy and data

We process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. In

summary: we collect what we need to run accounts, billing, and the service; we

keep it while your account exists; we share it only with the processors we use to

operate; and you can ask us to delete your account and content. Deleting a

project deletes its content; backups expire on their normal cycle.

13. Confidentiality of your ideas

We treat the content of your projects as confidential and access it only to

operate the service, to provide support you request, or where the law requires.

We do not publish your projects. **We are not, however, a substitute for a

non-disclosure agreement**, and submitting an idea to the service is not a

patent, trademark, or trade-secret filing. If your idea's value depends on it

being unpublished, take the appropriate protective steps yourself — and note that

publishing a generated website makes its content public.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will bump the

version and ask you to accept it in the product before you continue. The version

you accepted governs your use until you accept a new one.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may

terminate for the reasons in section 2, or with 30 days' notice for any reason,

refunding any unused prepaid period. On termination you lose access to the

service; you keep the output you already exported, and we will provide a

reasonable opportunity to export before deleting content.

16. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], United

States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal

courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the

rest stands. Neither party may assign these terms without the other's consent,

except in a merger or sale of substantially all assets. These terms, plus the

Privacy Policy and any order you place, are the entire agreement between us, and

they supersede any earlier understanding on the same subject. Our failure to

enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
