buildArI (“buildArI,” “we,” “us”) operates the buildari.ai website and the advIsori and reAlIze products (the “Services”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

• Content you provide — the business ideas, specs, documents, and other inputs you submit to the Services so they can be analyzed and processed.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processors (Stripe and, on mobile, Apple/RevenueCat). We never store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as device type, browser, and how you interact with the Services, used to keep them running and improve them.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• To process the content you submit and return analysis or generated output.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

AI processing

The Services use third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) to analyze the content you submit and generate output. Your content is sent to these providers solely to deliver the feature you requested. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting, authentication, payments, and AI processing), and only as needed for them to perform that work, or when required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can access or update your account information at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
